Tre Ponti

Description

Inspired by the Siena – Asciano – Monte Antico line in Tuscany, which has a regular train service, with additional “heritage trains” for the benefit of rail enthusiasts, walkers and cyclists, at the weekends. A larger variety of “heritage trains” than would normally be seen on this line will be portrayed.

The layout depicts a scene in early summer 2004, the single track has recently been re-ballasted but the loop line, which is usually only used for the heritage trains, is slowly succumbing to nature.
